My twenty+ year career experience has spanned multiple industries including software, start-ups, retail, and manufacturing. I started career-coaching and consulting after a second corporate layoff. My past managerial roles and experience as an executive in Human Resources offers additional “other side” insights to share with transition clients.

I spent eight years as a senior leader in Human Resources and Talent Management, serving as Director of Human Resources at a manufacturing firm in the Medical Device and Aerospace industries. Prior to this I spent 10+ years working within the technology sector at software startup’s where I helped to create, manage, and lead Client Relations teams, as well as build operational process and infrastructure. A thread throughout my career has been employee development, coaching, and mentorship.
